Electric cars comprise only 1% o automobile sector globally. In future, nobody knows what will be the actual demand for electric cars. Fords and Volkswagen are one of those planning many models o EVs in China

Energy and mobility are the pillars of social transformation. As the urbanization increases cities will under significant transformation, so the policymakers and industry leaders have to get ready for the transformation.
Electric mobility is widely seen today as the way to improve air quality and meet climate goals and should be integrated into the comprehensive vision of smart cities. chinese cities are famously polluted, air pollution is  the cause of millions of deaths in China
china succeeded in increasing the air quality in some cities by shifting polluted factories away from cities
Chinese policymakers are now promising that come back to China after 10 years you will see blue skies and clean air, to achieve the goals Chinese automakers thrown 680000 electric cars, buses, trucks in 2017 much more than combined rest of the world.
Imagine the future of electric vehicles you will find shops, malls, clubs, restaurants with free vehicle charging boards. Electric cars cannot be stopped. In 10 years more than half of the vehicles will electric. electric cars will be more affordable and popular by 2020
